These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ae999 online gaming and sports betting platform, operated under the domain ae999.cam ("Platform", "Site", "ae999", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing any feature of the Platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ae999. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

ae999 provides online gaming services including but not limited to sports betting, live-dealer casino games, slot games, crash games and other interactive wagering products. The Platform is designed to serve adult users in eligible jurisdictions. Pakistani users are specifically advised to read Section 3 (Eligibility & Jurisdiction) carefully, as Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. These Terms do not constitute legal advice.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by an individual on the Platform to access gaming and betting services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, comprising deposited funds and any bonus funds subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload offer or other incentive made available by ae999 to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Device" means any computer, smartphone, tablet or other internet-enabled device used to access the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by the Platform before processing withdrawals or at the Platform's discretion.
• "Platform" / "Site" means the ae999 online gaming and betting service accessible at ae999.cam and any associated sub-domains or mobile interfaces.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency of Pakistan, referenced where amounts are displayed in a Pakistan-specific context.
• "Prohibited User" means any individual who is under the minimum age requirement, located in a restricted jurisdiction, or otherwise ineligible to use the Platform under these Terms.

• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a game, sporting event or other outcome available on the Platform.

To be eligible to register and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where ae999 has determined that offering services is not permissible.
3. You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from doing so.
4. You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf, using your own funds, and not on behalf of any third party.
5. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director or officer of ae999, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless ae999 has granted express written permission.
6. You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform under these Terms or any prior agreement with ae999.
7. You are not using any software, tool or technique to artificially manipulate game outcomes, odds, or the Platform's operation.

Each User may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance. ae999 reserves the right to merge, suspend or permanently close accounts identified as duplicates.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false, misleading or unverifiable information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

ae999 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any point. This typically includes a government-issued identification document (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence) and proof of residential address. Accounts may be restricted from withdrawals or suspended pending the satisfactory completion of KYC. Users in cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar are subject to the same KYC requirements as all other users.

• One account per person, per household and per device is permitted.
• Account name must match the name on the payment method used for withdrawals.
• Date of birth must be accurate — falsifying age to circumvent the 18+ requirement is a serious breach.
• ae999 may decline any registration at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
• Account registration does not guarantee the availability of any specific game, market or promotional offer.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. ae999 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. You must not share your login details with any third party.

Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, whether or not you were physically the person performing the action. ae999 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ae999 support immediately via Live Chat or the Help Center. ae999 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, restrict Account access pending investigation.

Deposits into your ae999 Account must be made using payment methods currently available in the Platform cashier. Available methods may include — but are not limited to — mobile wallet transfers (such as Easypaisa and JazzCash), bank transfers via participating institutions (such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah), Raast instant payment transfers, and cryptocurrency. Availability of any specific method is subject to change without prior notice.

All funds deposited into the Platform must originate from a source owned by and registered to you personally. ae999 does not accept deposits from third-party sources or from payment methods that do not match the account holder's verified identity. ae999 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank, wallet provider or payment processor in connection with a deposit.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) are accepted where the relevant payment method supports PKR transactions.
• ae999 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit at its discretion, particularly where fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• Deposited funds do not accrue interest.
• ae999 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the cashier section of your Account. ae999 does not guarantee specific processing times — actual processing duration depends on the selected payment method, the Platform's internal review process, and the policies of the receiving payment provider.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must all be satisfied:

1. Your Account identity verification (KYC) must be fully completed and approved.
2. The name on your Account must match the name on the receiving payment method.
3. All active bonus wagering requirements attached to your Account balance must have been fulfilled.
4. Your Account must be in good standing with no active investigations, disputes or restrictions.
5. The withdrawal amount must meet or exceed the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed in the cashier.
6. The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method previously used for deposits where the Platform's policy requires this.

ae999 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal. ae999 may request further documentation as part of this process. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, expiry windows and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings. These specific terms are displayed at the point of claiming the relevant offer and within your Account.

All figures in the table above are illustrative examples only. Actual wagering requirements, expiry windows and caps are set by the operator and displayed at the time of the offer. ae999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

ae999 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, in violation of these Terms, or through the use of multiple accounts, automated betting systems or any form of bonus abuse.

Users of the Platform agree to use ae999 solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Providing false, misleading or third-party personal details during registration or KYC.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any software designed to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion or fraudulent activity in connection with any wager placed on the Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process payments derived from unlawful activity.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, bugs or vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing ae999 staff or other users through any support or communication channel.
• Sharing your Account credentials with third parties or allowing third parties to use your Account.
• Placing wagers on behalf of third parties or operating any form of betting syndicate through a personal Account.

Violation of any acceptable use provision may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate. ae999 reserves the right to take any legal action available to it in response to prohibited conduct.

All content available on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software code, audio and video materials — is the proprietary property of ae999 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any Platform content without express written permission from ae999.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices from Platform materials.
• Use ae999's trademarks, trade names or logos without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ae999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

ae999 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond ae999's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. ae999 will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime where practicable.

ae999 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of:

• Delays, failures or errors in payment processing by third-party payment providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or any other provider.
• Telecommunications failures, internet service disruptions or network latency outside ae999's control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made based on information displayed on the Platform that contains typographical errors or temporary data inaccuracies.
• Changes in applicable law that restrict or prohibit your access to or use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ae999's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

ae999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be treated as entertainment — not as a source of income or a financial strategy. The Platform provides a range of responsible gambling tools to help users maintain control over their gaming activity.

The following tools are available to registered Users through their Account settings or via the support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total funds you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Define maximum session durations after which the Platform will prompt you to take a break.
• Loss Limits: Specify the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent closure of your Account through the support team. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed during the active window.

ae999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or where continued operation of the Account would be contrary to applicable law or regulatory requirements.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting ae999 support via Live Chat or the Help Center. Upon closure, any remaining withdrawable balance (i.e., real money funds not subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 7. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

ae999 reserves the right to withhold funds pending completion of an ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, terms violation or prohibited conduct. In such cases, ae999 will notify the User of the investigation and the estimated timeline for resolution where it is lawful and practicable to do so.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ae999 holds its operating licence, as disclosed within the Platform. Where no specific jurisdiction is disclosed on the Platform at the time of a dispute, these Terms shall be interpreted under generally accepted principles of international commercial law.

Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. Pakistani users are reminded that this clause does not override Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 or any other applicable Pakistani legislation. ae999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ae999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users — for example by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending an in-account notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date on which the most recent revision was published.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amended Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.

ae999 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Archived versions of these Terms are not publicly maintained — the version published at ae999.cam/terms-conditions represents the current binding agreement at all times.
